Scouting is a volunteer movement to actively engage and support young people in their personal development, empowering them to make a positive contribution to their society. Scouts are guided by their values such as Integrity acting with honesty, loyalty, self respect and respect of others. Care and Cooperation are pillars of the scout movement. Achieving these goals requires community support. LSA, being a non partisan, non political, and not supported by any particular religious entity, depends on supporters' generous donations to assist in organization & achievement of its goals.
